Shipping policy

Shipping speeds are determined and paid by the customer upon ordering. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once items are shipped, with any tracking information included. 

If items are damaged while shipping, please contact dalethnaturals@gmail.com for a refund or to have your items replaced. You must provide proof that items were damaged upon receipt.
